DELIVERY & RETURNS
At the moment we only ship within the UK. As soon as we are ready to start shipping internationally we’ll update this information.
We will package your order within 3 days and post it by Royal Mail 1st class post. If you need something urgently email us or call us 020 8925 0011 and we’ll do everything we can to speed things up.
Delivery is £3.50, or free for orders over £40
Local, Zero Emission Delivery
We’ve signed up with Leyton based delivery company ZED who use zero emission cargo bikes and electric vans for deliveries. If you live in E10, E11, E17 and some parts of Hackney we can arrange delivery by ZED Monday to Friday between 8.30 am and 5.30pm and on Saturday mornings for the same price as Royal Mail postage.
Delivery is free for orders over £40.
Payment is processed securely through either Paypal or Stripe.
If you’d like to return something for a refund or exchange please email us at within 7 days of receiving your order and return it to us within 14 days to:

It would be really helpful to us if you could let us know too the reason for returning an item.
For a refund products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unless the item is faulty. We don’t cover the postage costs for returned items. Earrings for pierced ears are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order contains damaged or faulty items please let us know within 2 days of receiving your delivery and we’ll arrange a refund or replacement. Please take photos of any damaged packaging and the product, keeping both until we’ve agreed whether or not they should be returned to us.
If your order hasn’t been received within 10 days please email us email@example.com. If an item is sent back to us because it couldn’t be delivered we may charge additional postage for it to be re-sent.
